Creamy smooth, long-wearing liner with intense color. The liners contain moisturizing and hydrating ingredients that provide a soft, bendable application for precise or smoky effects. Paraben-free, fragrance free, formulated without alcohol, barley, corn, oats, rye, soy, spelt or wheat.

The eyeliners contain Safflower Seed Oil and Soybean Oil which make this pencil soft and creamy and allow for smooth and intense color. Soothing Chamomile and Vitamins C & E are gentle and moisturizing for delicate lids.

How To Use: Glide along base of upper and lower lashes and waterline. Close cap tightly after application.
